Outlook Express problem
Computer News
I was asked to help get someone's email to work. After the prelimimary how de doodies I advanced to the computer screen ready to tackle outlook express,  and behold there it was in full technicolour, but in Chinese! Then we had to speak to bigpond via india, but they wouldnt speak to me as I wasn't the customer. Fair enough but Tong's English is not quite as bad as my Chinese, and for him to explain that all he wanted was to reset the password and what was the setting for POP3 and SMTP was something out of a comedy sketch. Bigpond - that wasn't support - Just plain stupidy - Give me the local ISP's anytime. It didn't really matter that his computer was in Chinese as he could read it and translate for me - but I did enjoy my glass of red when I got home!
